House was vacant and unsecured. Was able to have the hosue secured while on site. Has tall grass and weeds. No able to locate the owner of the property. Did talk to the neighbors and they have seen people come and go into the property and nothing has been done on cleaning the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
