Met with the tenant and was able to check the unit for violations. Light fixture in the closet is falling and not connected to the box with lacking the light bulb, the fuses in the panel in the closet are loose, sink is loose from the wall in the bathroom, the outlet in the light fixture over the bathroom sink not GFCI and connected, has no hot water to the bathroom sink, tub and shower valves leaking water when off, coverplates in the kitchen area are broken or lacking, no GFCI outlet in the kitchen area sink, unit is a 2-wire system and has ground outlets and testing with open ground when tested, ceiling light fixture is lacking in the dinning area and has exposed wiring and not protected, the rear porch has broken rafters and the beam is a double top plate extended to posts and sagging, has a room with the porch that is being used as a room for living and the washer and the dryer are in the area, the exterior doors are not sealed for weathization. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
