The purlins burned and fell down in some of the area in the rear of the building. The ceiling has drywall and a drop ceiling system where the ceiling tiles are falling due to the tiles got wet from the water from the roof. This unit was a second hand store. The tenant did show and removed his bike from the rear of the building. The fire was in the attic area and was burning down. Water was on the floor and dripping from the ceiling. The electrical was removed at the pole. The property manager was called and came to the site and called a lock smith to have the locks changed. Did to the posting of Do Not Enter on the door and the property manager signed the paperwork due to the owner is in a home. At this time the case will be close due to will be working with the insurance company and a contractor. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
