The purlins did fall in the middle of the trusses in the rear of the building. This had a dropped ceiling and the tiles were on the floor. This building was vacant at the time of the fire. The property manager was called and came to the site. The property manager called a lock smith and the locks were changed to not allow anyone in the unit until checked by a contractor. The electrical was removed at the pole and had no gas to the unit. Did to the posting on the front door area of Do Not Enter. The property manager represented the owner due to in a home. The property manger signed the paperwork on site. At this time the case will be closed due to working with the insurance company and the the contractor will get the permits to do the work. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
