After inspection found fire started in back bedroom, damaged south east corner of bedroom ceiling and wall also damaged interior wall in the Hallway bathroom , some possible shard electrical in bedroom will need to be check by lic. electriciandetermines that electrical is ok, then no per will be needed for electrical, but will need repair permit for other damages, smoke damage throughout the house. Power was turned off, gas was pinned. Post it unsafe to occupy owner was notified and issued notice for all repairs under permits. And also to replace face shield at main electrical panel and label all breakers. |
