KNOCKED AT THE DOOR FEMALE OCCUPANT STATED HER HUSBAND IS THE LEGAL TENANT, SHE WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PAYMENT OF HER ENERGIZED UNIT. INSIDE THE LIVING ROOM THE CEILING LIGHT WAS ON, AFTER T.E.P. INVESTIGATION THE ELECTICAL METER'S SEAL HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH AND WILL BE SENT TO THEIR DEPARTMENT FOR FURTHER ANALYSIS. THE SERVICE PANEL WHERE THE METER IS MOUNTED HAS SCRATCHES FROM WHAT APPEARS TO BE SOMEONE FORCED OFF THE METER WITHOUT PROPER EQUIPMENT. UNIT WAS POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY, MANAGEMENT ARRIVED TO SECURE UNIT BY CHANGING LOCKS AND BOARDED THE DAMAGED SLIDING DOOR. PROPERTY MANAGER IS AWARE THE UNIT IS TO REMAIN VACATE AND SECURED UNITL VIOLATIONS HAS BEEN ABATED. OCCUPANT WILL CONTACT PROPERTY MANAGER TO ENTRE UNIT FOR MAINTANCE, OR REMOVING PERSONAL ITEMS.
