ANTHONY STATED A CAR RAN INTO THE WALL AND TOOK OFF, HOWEVER TPD BELIEVES THEY FOUND THE CAR. MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: > FENCE BLOCK WALL WAS HIT JUST SOUTH OF THE STRUCTURE. APPROX 8FT SECTION OF WALL THAT RETURNED INTO THE HOUSE WAS HIT AND DAMAGED LEAVING A 4 FT X 4 FT HOLE IN THE WALL. >TPD WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE THE DAMAGED WALL LEFT THE POOL EXPOSED TO THE PUBLIC. >C/E CONTACTED BOARD UP TO SECURE THE WALL. >NOV WAS NOT ISSUED TO THE OWNER DUE TO WALLS UNDER 6 FT NOT REQUIRING A PERMIT. >SPOKE WITH OWNER SEAN HURD AND EXPLAINED C/E WOULD BOARD UP THE WALL DUE TO THE POOL, BUT HE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO MAKE REPAIRS, SEAN STATED HE HAD ALREADY CONTACTED INSURANCE COMPANY WHO WILL BE OUT SOMETIME TOMORROW. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
