THERE ARE MULTIPLES ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND ENCLOSURES WHICH ARE NOT PROTECTED. THEY HAVE MISSING COVER PLATES, NOT PROPERLY SUPPORTED. AND NOT WEATHER TIGHT.
THERE IS NON METALLIC SHEATHED CABLE BEING USED OUTDOORS UNDER THE EAVE AREA AND UNDER THE CARPORT. THERE IS ALSO NON SHEATHED METALLIC CABLE BEING USED AS BRANCH CIRCUIT TO AN UNKNOWN LOCATIONS
THERE IS A FLOOD LIGHT ASSEMBLY ATTACHED TO THE FRONT STEEL CARPORT, THIS LUMINAIRE IS POWER AND CONNECT BY AN EXTENSION CORD WHICH RUNS INTO A SHED, THESE ARE UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS. THIS OUTDOOR LIGHTING DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2012 OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE.
THERE IS A LIGHT ASSEMBLY ATTACHED TO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING WHICH IS BEING POWERED BY A SERIES OF EXTENSION CORDS, THESE ARE UNAPPROVED WIRING METHOD. THE CONNECTION IS TO AN OUTLET WITH A RECEPTACLE WHICH IS NOT PROTECTED. THIS OUTDOOR LIGHTING DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2012 OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE.
THE GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR HAS BEEN CUT AT THE SERVICES LOCATION.

THE CURRENT POOL BARRIER IS A CHAIN LINK FENCE, THIS BARRIER IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT. THE LAST APPROVED BARRIER WAS AN IRON FENCE. THE CHANGE WAS DONE WITHOUT APPROVALS AND PERMITS.
THE REAR WOOD FRAME CARPORT'S ROOF DECKING AND COVERING HAVE EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF DAMAGED. THE ROOF DECKING HAS MULTIPLE LARGE PENETRATIONS AND DETERIORATED WOOD MEMBERS. AN ESTIMATED AREA OF DAMAGE TO THE ROOF DECKING IS OVER 50 FEET BY 6 FEET WIDE.
