THERE ARE MULTIPLE EXTENSION CORDS BEING USED AS PERMANENT WIRING. THERE ARE EGRESS ISSUES IN THE PATIO AREA. THE DETACHED STORAGE BUILDING ESTIMATED SIZE OF 20 X 40 AND IS AN IRREGULAR BUILDING WHICH IS A DILAPIDATED, THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS MADE UP OF WOOD, STEEL AND UNAPPROVED MATERIALS. THE BUILDING HOUSES APPLIANCES AND MISC ITEMS. THE DETACHED STORAGE BUILDING STARTED TO BE CONSTRUCTED SOMETIME AFTER 2016. THE WOOD FRAMED ATTACHED PATIO WAS BUILT AFTER 2016. DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF STORAGE I WAS UNABLE TO WALK THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE PATIO. I DID NOT SEE A WELDER ONSITE, THE TENANT STATED HE DOES NOT WELD ON THE PROPERTY THESE STRUCTURE WERE BUILT WITHOUT PERMITS OF A ZONING REVIEW, THE CITY OF TUCSON ACTION ONSITE WAS ALL EXTENSION CORDS WERE UNPLUGGED. STORAGE FROM THE PATIOS EXIT DOOR WAS REMOVED, A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WAS ISSUED TO THE TENANT TO DISCONNECT ALL CORDS AND REMOVE ALL STORAGE ITEMS FROM THE PATIO AREA. I MET WITH THE PARKS MANAGEMENT AND WE EXCHANGED INFORMATION. A VIOLATION NOTICE WILL BE SENT TO THE PARK CORPORATION TO REMOVE / DEMOLISH ALL UNPERMITTED STRUCTURES IN SPACE UNIT 11. |
