POOL IS SECURED AND HAS A CLOSED SIGN, WATER IS NOT STAGNET AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION THE PUMP WAS CIRCULATING THE POOL. THE POOL WATER HAS A LIGHT GREEN TINT BUT STILL IS TRANSPARENT TO VISUALLY SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL. AT THIS TIME CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER THE POOL CONDITIONS CLOSE CASE. |
