Met with the owner of the property and her name is not the name on the legal. The lady was told why I was on site and she stated that she is working on cleaning the properly. The rear yard has storage and she was asked if the garage was full and she stated yes. Did go over that the garage needs to be cleaned and vehicles need to be able to get into the garage. Has J.M.V.'s and went over that the vehicles need to be moved off the property or placed in the garage. She has storage in the rear yard and went over that all that needs to be removed. While going to my truck, a pick up pulled filled with items and may be placed on the property. Appears that they are collecting to take items to Mexico. Will send the N.O.V. to the listed owner at this time. RV. |
