THERE IS PLYWOOD STACKED AGAINST THE BACK FENCE. THERE IS REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THE PATIO IN THE REAR YARD. THERE IS A SILVER MINI SUV IN THE FRONT YARD THAT APPEARS INOPERABLE. THERE IS REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE FRONT YARD INCLUDING A STACK OF WOOD/LUMBER.
04/06/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and still not in compliance. Was not able to enter the property due to has dogs and the gates are locked with a chain and lock. The vehicles are still on the property, some cleaning has been done and some storage has been moved from the porches. Did give the owners a card to call if needs anything or need to meet on the property. Have court today at 9:00 AM. RV.
03/18/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check the property and no one home. No able to enter the property due to dogs and has the gates locked with chain and locks. Not much has been done with the vehicles still on the property, tall grass and weeds, trash and debris, storage and construction material on site. Have court on 3-23-21 at 9:00 AM. Called with no answer. RV.

12/02/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Not able to enter the property due to the gates are locked and has dogs. Went to the site due to have court on Tuesday. Did find a phone number to call the owner and he answered and came to the site. Did go over the issues on the property with the vehicles on the front and rear yard, storage on the rear and front porch, tall grass and weeds and landscape screening being placed on the rear chain link fence with not being completed to hide the rear yard. Did go over that the vehicles have not been moved for some time and do not appear to be operable due to how long they have been parked. The owner has stated that the vehicles run and advised that I will need to hear the vehicles run and see that they move. I did tell the owner to wait to remove the landscape screen to check if the Judge will allow it to be used. Did go over the court being on 12-8-2020 at 9:00 AM. The owner stated that the vehicles will be removed. Will check the site on Tuesday if called that the property is cleaned. RV.
11/27/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check the propgress. No one home and not able to enter the property due to the gates were locked and has dogs. Was able to walk around the property and check that the property is not in compliance at this time. The vehicles are still on the property, storage on the rear and front porch, the tall grass and weeds with other storage on the property as wood and building materials. RV.
