T.P.D. on site with a homeless camp. Arrived and the units still on site. The person was asked to leave and while on site found him back on the cushion asleep. That person was arrested and than was asked to leave. Did find needles and was cited for the needles. Did do the posting on the wall of the building in the area. While on site the person did remove some of the items from the property and left the site. Will turn in for the homeless protocol to check if the area can be cleaned. RV. |
