Arrived and all the units have cleared and the fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire was under the mobile home by the west door. The insulation under the mobile home was smoking and had some ambers. In the area has metal pipes touching the metal frame of the mobile. Appears that the mobile home is grounding out and has work that has been done on the interior of the mobile home through out. The occupant owns the mobile home and pays rent for the space and the utilities only. The mobile home park has no hold on the mobile home. The life line and the breaker were removed due to not able to lock out the power due to on a private meter due to on a master meter system. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the occupant signed the paperwork on site. RV. |
