The bottom unit was hit by a vehicle and damage to the exterior wall. The wall has a hole in the wood frame wall on the bottom and this unit is above the damaged area. The unit at this time has no damage but is bearing of the bottom floor. The unit will be vacate until check by a license contractor that it safe to be occupied. The unit was posted Do Not Enter on the front window and the maintenance man did show to the property and signed the paperwork and kept the copies. The manager was on her way to check on placement until can be re-occupied. RV. |
