04/26/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units still on site and the car has enter the building on the southwest corner of the building. Did enter the bedroom with a person injuried that was in the bed. The wood frame studs have been pushed and broken on the south side of he building. The exterior of the wall is stucco and the interior wall has drywall. The electrical has been removed at the meter due to the damage to the unit. Does have a unit above this unit and will be vacated until checked by a license contractor and states that it's OK to stay in the unit. The maintenance man did show to the property and signed the paperwork. The maintenance man did give permission to have the property secured due to did not have the material to cover the hole in the wall. The manager was on her way. The vehicle that hit the building was being pursued by Boarder Patrol due to driving with out lights. T.P.D. was on site due in the city limits and the Boarder Patrol were heading the investigation. Once completed the vehicle was removed and Arcaiden Industries was called to the site due to have the area secured. The manager showed and was able to place them in a unit on site for the night and will have the other items moved out at daylight time. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the maintence man kept the paperwork due to if taped on the front window, it will be taken. The key was left on the door until were were done securing the unit and the key was taken to the office area and placed in a drop box. RV.
