05/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was called by the supervisor to check the property due to calls came in that the property was filled with trash and debris. Arrived and the property was cleaned by the B&B crew and still has the tires on the property. At the dumpster has trash and that has fallen from the dumpster and not able to lift the dumpster due to not able to get to it. Did call the owner and she has already talk to Andy and they will clean the area today and the dumpster will be picked up tomorrow. Did talk to the owner of the tires and she will call someone to pick up the tires. Did talk about the vehicles and she thought they were in the fenced area and let her know that the vehicles are outside the fenced area. She talk to the auto shop and have the vehicles moved. Will check in 15 days. RV.
05/01/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Nothing has been done on the cleaning and more has been added. Did call the father of the owner and he gave the phone number to his daughter to call her due to she is taking care of the property. Did call the daughter Jamie and went over that the father stated that the property would be cleaned up this weekend and it wasn't. Did let her know that more has been added to the pile from somewhere else. She will start making phone calls to have the property cleaned. Will check in 5 days. Will do N.O.V. in case not done and can cite. RV.
