Was in the process of securing the plywood when I heard the sound of someone in the house. Did knock on the east door and the tenant made a sound that he was cleaning the property. The tenant was asked to come out and he refused. T.P.D. was called and never showed up. The owner was called and he showed up to the site. Did go over that the issues is keeping the tenant out. The owner has allowed the tenant to clean the property and did go over that as long has he is allowed, it will be harder to get the tenant off the property. Did go over securing the doors with fence panels and if called will not be calling the owner due to advised that he needs to keep the house secured. Some co-workers did show to the property to help clean up the exterior. Did go over if nothing is inside the house that the tenant has no reason to be on the property. Left the site and the owner will secure the house. Did call inspector Goodman and came to the site. RV. | |
