Had unit #211 leaking water from the ceiling. Was not able to enter the unit of #311 due to no one home. Did call the owner and the manager was on site and brought the key to have the unit opened. The water heater was leaking water and had puddles on the floor. Had wiring the was not connected and had power to the wire. The water was turned off to the water heater and the electrical was turned off to the unit at this time. The tenants were not on site and the manager was securing the unit by screwing the door shut and placed a lock on the front window. The front door is damaged and the jamb on the locking side is missing wood in areas. This unit will need to be checked before ocuppied for renting out. RV. |
