Arrived and T.F.D. on site for a medical call and the 99 year old woman is being transported to the hospital. Have been advised that the woman has gangreen on the bed sores on her rear portion of the body. Did have a son who is the care taker for the mother who was transported. The listed owner has died per inspector Gonzalez who just had a clean up of the property. Has no water to the property, the electrical that have access to is arcing at the switches that are able to get to. The interior of the house is cluttered with storage and trash and debris in the house. Not able to move around the interior of the house and in some areas have to go sideways to get around the interior of the house. Not able to get to the electric meter due to blocked with storage in front of the electric meter. Did check a hose bibb and has no water. This house will be condemned due to lacking the utilities and the hoarding. Has large amount of vehicles in the side and rear of the property and have been parked for some time. All the openings will be boarded up and the son is stating that the house is paid for. The electrical is being removed at the pole due to the hazards on cords and arcing of the light switch and has hoarding and no clear paths to doors and windows. |
