Arrived on site and met with owner of the condo and her son. Showed me into the rear porch where conduit was recently-installed came out of the wall and went up to the roof. Following the line back down new conduit running into the closet and to panel inside. Owner States the electrician was hired by the HOA to do the work that was done in April of 2019. No permits were pulled for work. Will move to notice of violation for work without permits |
