VISITED SITE, MET WITH SUPERINTENDENT DENNIS MANLEY WHO STATED THEY DO HAVE THEIR EARLY MORNING STARTS PERMIT FILLED OUT AND THEY ALSO POST THE EARLY MORNING STARTS THRU TH E HOA SO THAT EVERY BODY IN THE HE AREA HAVE THE INFORMATION. THEY DID HAVE 2 STARTS LAST WEEK AND DO NOT START UNTIL 6:00 AM. THE DO NOT START A 3:30 AM. |
