04/26/19 Arrived on site along with Inspector Goodman and met with the owner of the property. Owner gave us the run down and what has been going on with his property and the HOA. Worker from Global was in the unit finishing the texture on the living room ceiling (Interior). Owners was now concerned about the roof now that the interior ceiling was in the process of being repaired. States he has had Smart Roof state that the roof needed major repairs due soft spots and ponding on the roof and asked us if we could check the roof. While Inspector Goodman and I were on the roof Patrick from Paul Ash management showed up on the roof. Patrick stated the HOA are responsible for repairs to the exterior of the properties to include the roof. Patrick also stated they also did and assement of the roof along with Franco Roofing. Franco Roofing was hired by the HOA to do all the roof repairs and will begin to work on the roof under the HOA in early May, this info had not yet been given to the homeowners in these units nor to Mr Wooten. Numbers were exchanged. |
