6. Repair the electrical service, all electrical devices shall be safe and code complaint. Permit required.,
7. Restore cooling and heating, a new heating or cooling system will require a permit
8. Ensure all plumbing fixtures and the drain waste system are in good working order. Water heater replacement will require a permit
9. Gas service for gas fired appliances such as water heaters and furnace must be operational and safe.
10. Final inspection by the City of Tucson Code Enforcement required

MY INSTRUCTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS; ALL TRASH AND BRANCHES SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AND PROPERLY DISPOSED OF, SHE SAID HE WAS GOING TO USE THE U HAUL AND DISPOSE OF THE TRASH AT THE LANDFILL. ALL FURNITURE AND MISCELLANEOUS ARE EITHER TO BE REMOVED OFF THE PROPERTY OR KEPT INSIDE THE DWELLING.
ALL OPENINGS SHALL BE BOARDED AT THE END OF THE DAY.
NO VEHICLE STORAGE ALLOWED.
I ADVISED HER THAT I WILL RETURN IN 24 HOURS.
I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT IF COOPERATION CEASES THEN WE SHALL RETURN TO A MORE RESTRICTIVE PLAN.
