The owner is having issues with the tenants getting back into the house. New locks are being installed at this time due to the lock box has been taken. The storage room has been opened due to the people were staying in the storage room at night. Due to the new owner and the property is being cleaned, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
05/09/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE AT PROPERTY. DAUGHTER AND ABOUT 10 PEOPLE ON PROPERTY AND INSIDE OF STRUCTURES. CALLED OWNER AND HIS EMPLOYEE CAME TO PROPERTY AND SECURED ALL STRUCTURES. ALL PEOPLE ON PROERTY WERE TOLD NOT TO RETURN TO THE PROPERTY.
05/07/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived and found 5-people on the property. Were all asked to leave and to grab what they own. The side door was opened where the plywood was pulled off and the front window had a plywood pulled off on the front porch area. The tenant was asleep in the truck and was waken up and asked to have the dogs removed from the property or Animal Control will be called to the site. All the people on site were told to leave and that all will be resecured at this time. The front porch was cleared from the couches on the porch and piled on the side by the driveway area. The covering of plywood and shade screens were all removed to make the porch visible. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the door and window re-secured. The tenant stated that no one was inside and all have left the site. The posting of Do Not Ente were still on the plywood for the windows. Did ask the tenant what happened with the tribe assistance and was have trouble witht the tribe at this time and was going back to check. Did let him know that the truck needs to be moved soon due to will be towed off the property. All the other openings are secured at this time and once re-secured the property was secured. The brother of the daughter on the property was picking up scrap metal to placed it in a white pick up truck. Was assisted by inspector Ron Green. RV.
