Received call that the tenant has opened the front door and in the unit. Owner did not give permission or have knowleged that the tenant was on the property. T.P.D. was site to meet with the tenant and cite for the tampering of the electrical. Did re-secure the front door and checked all the windows and doors in the rear of the house. The tenant left the site before getting to the property. Did place a posting of Do Not Enter on the front door area. The property is secured at this time. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
