Mr. Hassel explains delays due to family issues and difficulties working with family membes, as well as finances. He explains his plans to have his son move one car and his brother move another, or he will have them moved. and then put up a fence to hide the two. Exhibits 1 & 2 are admitted. 1) The court finds Mr. Hassel is responsible for all four violations and he is fined $164. per violation. Those fines are suspended for mitigating factors. 2) The City is herby authorzied to enter and abate any of the violations that remain after December 2, 2019. Mr. Hassel shall reimburse the City for all cost of abatement in a timely manner. If not reimbursed in a timely manner, the City may place a loien on the property for the amount due. 3) The is case is colosed pending the abatement as ordered above. |
