WIth onwers permission was able to walk onto the property in rear yard to find (B) trash and debris throughout the rear and side yards. B&B Supervisor will be coordinating personnel and equiptment aswell as finding a date when the court order can be done. A warrant will also be needed to enter onto the property to clear the side and rear yards of violations. Owner is aware of upcoming activity. | |

Charge D Inoperable Vehicle- 56 Chevy vehicle is still on site and in the same location ( Rear Side Yard) as it was last inspection. Vehicle is up on jack stands at the rear of the vehicle. Charge E - dilapidated wood was taken down from fence. Has new plywood stack up against chain link fence at this point, but not attached. Still had the dilapidated plywood on the fence line. Dilapidated shed in the backyard. The carport like structure in the rear still up. Met with the owner who was on site and stated he has health issues and might not make it to the court I advised him to try his best to show up and that I had no more control because it is in the courts arena. Will follow up to do a follow-up inspection closer to the court date | |
