04/04/19 - Arrived on site and tried to make however unable to do so. Checked rear alley to find 1 Car in alley - Black Chevy Cavalier with lisc # BVS-8041, couch and tires. Checked the front of the location to find 8 vehicles in front and side yards, all with good tires and good glass all appeared operational. Will move to NOV for car and items on back alley area = NOV |
