T.P.D. arrived and the people have left the site and did cut the locks to get into the property. They did place another lock on the front fence panels and that lock was cut to enter the property. The plywood was pulled off the window opening and the ladies were trying to pry open the casement window and were not able to open the window due to the amount of pins in the window. Everything was secured and left the plywood off at this time due to not able to open the window. The posting are still in place on the front window of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate. The City of Tucson locks were put back on the gates and the owner will have to call to get back into the property. Did call the owner and she was told to get with the supervisor Martin Romero and the Prosecutor before getting back into the property. She was asking on the truck that was removed from the property and again was advised to call to see what see has to do to get the truck back. Did talk to the owner yesterday and went over everything that was discussed today. RV. |
