Advised her I was with Code Enforcement and told her to call Water Dept. She asked questions about her meter and it running when all was shut inside her home she showed me a wet area by her sidewalk. Then we checked the side of her home where a large puddle of water by side gate to rear yard down the south side of the home. Was able to see water bubbling from this puddle. I was able to shut the water at the curb stop and owner was going call her plumber. Owner will open and close the curb stop as needed to use water in the home, left owner my channel locks to operate the curb stop. Will follow up in 7 days |
