11/18/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Check the site and the owner has workers helping clean the property. The vehicles are being moved at this time. RV.
11/13/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Found the owner on the property with other vehicles on the property and working on vehicles. Did go over that the work can not be done on the property and went over that the property needs to be cleaned. The house needs to be kept secured with no other people working or staying on the property. The owner is stating he will have the property cleaned. Will check the site and the owner will call is completed soon. RV.
10/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to look for the owner on the citation. Vehicles have been removed from the property and found two vehicles in the street parked. Found black Saturn with Calif. plates and a yellow and tan GMC pick up outside the property parked in the street. No one was on the property and has a different lock on the front gate. May have to send the citation at the listed address. RV.

09/30/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved T.P.D. on site to check the vehicles on the property. Did find a vehicle that was stolen and that was removed by Gary's towing. I was on the property to check on what vehicles were left on the property. At this time I took pictures of the vehicles on the property, the trash and debris, the storage on the property. Will be doing the citation for all the issues on the property. The wood framing on the roof has been removed. The owner is not answering at this time. Will do citation. RV.
04/23/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did check the site and the travel trailer was opened and the house was also opened. Did meet with the owner and did go over that the trailer and the house need to be secured. The owner was in the process of moving vehicles from the property. The fence panels have been removed from the property at this time. Did go over the citation going to be issued for the vehicles if not removed soon. Did go over the travel trailer needs to be removed. Did look at the roof of a wood frame and went over on what needs to be removed. Did go over the house that was orginal can be the onlh thing on the property. Did get the phone number to call to make contact with the owner. RV.
11/25/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved T.P.D. was on site with a warrant for the property. Arrived and all the units were still on site due to found stolen vehicles on the site. Vehicles were being moved around to get to the stolen vehicles to remove the stolen vehiles from the property. The vehicles were put back into the property that were not stolen. Did talk pictures for the citation of the property, the vehicles, the work with out permits, the trash and debris, storage and overall of the property. Will do citation. RV.
07/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was not able to enter the property due to the gate was locked. No one came to the gate. Did call the owner and was not able to leave a message on the phone. Will check tomorrow. RV.
05/22/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site and went over the issues on the property. Some of the vehicles have been removed from the property. Has a travel trailer that is being stored on the property and not connected to the utilities at this time. Still has vehicles on the property and went over the amout of storage that can be on the property of 25% of the lot size. Did go over that the house is at the rear of the property and hard to store items in front of the house or have containers or storage rooms in front of the house that are not attached. Has some work done that will not be approved with a plan or a permit and those will be removed at this time. Did give the phone number to zoning to have the owner check on what has to be drawn on a plan if to remain on site. Will check in 10 days. RV.
05/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Stop by the property and the gate was closed and the female was locking the gate. Was not allowed into the property. Did get a phone number to call and left a message and will wait for the call back. Vehicles are still on the property. RV.
