While SWG doing the survey, did find where the electrical meter had a red tag and the gas meter was pinned. Did see some wires going to a room where a insta hot water heater was installed and was electrical. Did call the tenant and he was not coming to the site. Did have the owner on the property and he was able to open the unit to check the electrical. The tenant has tapped into the neighboring unit on the electrical panel and did not have power since March of 2017. TEP was able to remove the the wires that were jumping to give power to this unit. Did let the other tenant know on what was being done and he was pressing charges against the tenant taking power. Once the electrical was removed, the owner did secure the unit with boarding up all the openings. The owner signed the paperwork on site and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. The gas meter has been pinned for non-payment. RV. |
