PROPERTY APPEARED TO BE 2 PARCELS, HOUSE AND YARD ON THE EAST PORTION OF THE PROPERTY AND A LARGE METAL CARPORT/ SHED ON THE WEST SECTION OF THE LOT. THE SHED WAS COMPLETED UNDER PERMIT, UNDER THE CARPORT WAS A 4 WHEEL DR PICK UP, BOATS, TRAILER AND OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS. I DID SEE THE 5TH WHEEL SOUTH OF THE CARPORT. IT DID NOT APPEAR TO BE LIVED IN, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE HOOK UPS DUE THE PERSONAL BELONGINGS THAT SURROUNDED THE 5TH WHEEL. THERE WAS ALSO A TRAILER WITH A BARBECUE SET UP ON THE TRAILER. IT WAS PARKED NEXT TO THE 5TH WHEEL. THERE WAS A SMALL RED PICK UP WEST OF TH R/V. PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY A 6 FT FENCE ON THE NORTH SIDE THAT BLOCKED VIEW OF THE CARPORT FROM THE NORTH STREET THE SOUTH SIDE VIEW FROM ALLEY ALSO BLOCKED BY FENCING WITH A HEAVY MESH ATTACHED TO WROUGHT IRON. I DID SEE A SMALL RED PICK UP BEHIND THE FENCING ALSO NOT VISABLE FROM PUBLIC VIEW. THE REAR YARD AND CARPORT AREA IS FENCED AND BLOCKS VIEW FROM THE PUBLIC. I NEEDED TO GET OUT OF TRUCK AND LOOK OVER FENCE TO LOOK AT ISSUES. INSPECTOR FOUND NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE
