VISITED SITE, DID FIND A PALM TREE AT THE S/E CORNER OF THE STRUCTURE APPROX 25 FEET OFF THE STREET AND APPROX. 14 FT FROM THE NEIGHBORING CARPORT. PALM TREE WAS APPROX 30-35 FT TALL, IT WAS ALLIVE AND PALM FRONDS ARE APPROX 25 FT OFF THE GROUND. C/E INFORCEMENT HAS NO ISSUES AND CANNOT FORCE OWNER TO REMOVE THE TREE. THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
