Arrived on site to find a single gentleman cleaning up the interior of the property. Stated he was one of the workers to the contractor. Called owner who stated yes he has a contractor doing all work to rehab this property any and all permits were to be pulled through the contractor. Was allowed to walk in the interior which is all stripped down a lot of sheetrock have been taken down in living room kitchen hallway and bathroom area. Saw some new PEX Plumbing for the bathroom. Electrical system has been exposed in the hallway and kitchen area still had the old panel in the rear, nothing new installed however man working on site stated they will be getting electrician in to rewire and a new panel. No new walls at this time. Exterior has been wrapped in chicken wire for potential stucco over block Adobe. Will do research on what has been permitted |
