Arrived on site and met a man working on his vehicle at curb in front of this home. Had an extension cord from house putting air in the rear tire. States his name is Richard and is a friend of the owner. States does not stay in the vehicle but stays in the house until Friday when he will be leaving. Knocked on the door and met a lady who did not want to give her name but stated the same. Richard is staying in the home and working on his vehicle. Will return on Monday to check the situation again. |
