No one home and was able to call the tenant on the phone. The unit has been treated several times and at this time has no issues with the roaches. He has no other complaints on the unit and will be closing the case at this time. The tenant is under Section 8 and will send E-mail. Did advise the tenant to stay on the list for treatment of has another issue to not wait to long and get back on the list to have the unit treated. Was assisted with inspector Ron Green. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
