04/01/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner has been to P.D.S.D. and met with the reviewers and working on getting the permit for the fence. The dirt is going to be removed due to the owner of the property needs to get the permit and does not want to get the permit. He will be telling the person dumping the dirt to stop and will have the dirt removed from the property. Will check in 10 days. RV.
03/27/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager and he has nothing to do with the back portion of the property. The only lease what they are using and nothing to do with the vacant lot in the rear of the property. Did talk to the owner and placed the chain link fecing due to people dumping on the rear of the property. The property was cleaned due to a court order. Did go over that the brushing of the property does require a permit and the pile of dirt on the property also requires a review from zoning due to the amount of dirt on the property. The dirt is from a contractor working on pools and is using the property for stock pile only. The owner will call the contractor to get the permit for the stock piling on the property. Will do the N.O.V. RV.
