IF WATER WAS TURN OFF ALL UNITS IN BUIDLING 7 WOULD BE WITHOUT WATER. THERE WAS A PLUMBING ISSUES WITH 4 UNITS IN BUILDING 7. UNIT 185 WAS THE LAST OF THE 4 UNITS TO GET REPAIRED. SPOKE TO TENANT AND SHE STATED THE WATER WAS JUST TURN ON. CHECK A FEW ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND THEY ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. OUTLET IN MASTER BEDROOM WAS NOT WORKING BECAUSE THE TENANT HAD THE SWITCH TURN OFF. THE WATER IN TUB DRAIN PROPERLY. THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF INSECT OR RODENT INFESTATION. AT THIS TIME FOUND NO MINIMUM HOUSING COMPLAINT. TENANT DID STATE SHE HIRED A MAINTENANCE MAN TO SNAKE THE DRAINS. NO VERIFY OF COMPLAINT OF NO WATER. CLOSE CASE.
