Have called several time and left messages and the tenant has finally called. The tenant has moved out of state and does not know the status of the unit. Did go over that I have been to the unit several times and had no answered at the door. Due to the unit is vacant and secured, will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
