VSITED SITE, MET WITH THE OWNER WHO ALLOWED ME INSIDE TO LOOK AT THE ENCLOSER. FOUND THE EXISTING CARPORT HAD A BEARING BEAM ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST WALL. NORTH WALL CARRIED THE RAFTERS AND WEST WALL CARRIED FRAMING ABOVE THE BEAM. INFILL WAS BELOW THE BEARING BEAMS. NEW FRAMING WAS NOT YET COMPLETE. INFORMED OWNER HE WOULD REQUIRE A PERMIT FOR THE FRAMING, ELECTRICAL, DRYWALL, AND STUCCO. OWNER SIGNED FOR NOV, 30 DAYS TO ABATE. |
