TPD HAD REMOVED 3 CAMPERS AND MADE ONE ARREST. TFD ARRIVED AFTER THE PERSON ARRESTED STATED HE WAS NOT FEELING WELL DUE TO INGESTING HEROIN. WHILE TPD DECIDED TO CHECK THE AREA A SECOND TIME, C/E MET WITH THE MANAGER SUSAN WOOD AND OCCUPANT MISHELLE GARLE. MANAGER INFORMED ME THIS WAS A CRIME FREE COMPLEX AND THAT THE OCCUPANT WAS GIVEN A IMMEDIATE 5 DAY NOTICE OF EVICTION FOLLOWED UP BY A EMERGENCY VACATE NOV STATING THE TENT IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED AND WITH IN 5 DAYS ALL BELONGINGS BEHIND UNIT #7 HAD TO BE REMOVED. OCCUPANT UNDERSTOOD AND SUSAN WOOD UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS LEFT WOULD NEED TO BE REMOVED BY THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY OR OWNER. PROPERTY WAS POSTED IN THE CARPORT AREA WITH A "DO NOT ENTER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY " PLACARD. NOV SIGNED FOR BY MANAGER SUSAN WOOD AND COPY PROVIDED TO THE OCCUPANT MISHELLE GARLE. |
