Randolph Way the 5th wheel will be removed in the next couple of days, the 5th wheel is properly licensed and is not being kept on the property for extended periods of time violating City storage ordinances. The portable toilet is on site for the landscapers and construction workers to utilize as they are improving their rear yard. This project in the rear yard is only being worked on the weekends which consist of bringing in the utility trailer for the materials. Just as an FYI a tractor will be on site in the near future for this same project. In order for the company to service the portable toilet they need to have access this is why its just outside of the property gate. No notice of violation has been issued closing case.
