The worker showed the property and the property has been cleaned at this time. Did have a dead tree and that tree was cut and hauled of the property. Has 3-tires and those tires were removed. The owner called that he will not be able to got to court due to his car will not start. Will be asking for the one year abatement order and the owner to plead responsible. RV.
03/03/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is locked at the gate where the new chain link fencing has been installed. Not able to check the area did call the owner and he will check on who has the key to the gate. The owner will call when the key is found. Did tell the owner that the fencing still needs the permit issued or the citation will be issued. RV.

10/28/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and he is still trying to have the property cleaned up. He has asked if the vegetation can be cut and went over that as long as th dirt is not disturbed due to will need a grading permit if the dirt is disturbed. Did go over the court date tomorrow at 11:00 AM. Did go over that the permit for the new chain link fencing has not been applied or issued yet. He was told on what is required for the permit to be looked at. RV.
10/24/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Made contact wirh the owner and he has just got back from out of town. Did let him know that the court is on 10-29-19 at 11:00 AM and will need to let the court his plan to have the property cleaned up. RV.
08/19/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Stop by the property and found new people on the property. They were advised to move from the property due to it's going to be cleaned up. One of the people was in the process of shooting up his arm did stop to talk. Did call the owner to let him know that if the property is not cleaned up this issue will continue. He will try and call someone else. RV.
08/13/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property due to the owner has called that homeless camps have been placed back on the property. Did meet with the people on the property and they will leave tomorrow. The owner has placed a chain link fence all around the property and did not find a permit for the new fencing. Nothing has been done to have the property cleaned. Did talk to the owner and he will start the cleaning of the property. He stated that a lock has been placed on the gate and was cut off. Did not find a lock on the property. Will check the site tomorrow. RV.
05/21/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went back to take pictures of the property and the same guy was on the property again and was asked to leave. Will be doing the citation. Will wait for the court date. RV.
05/20/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did find another homeless camp at a different site and that person was asked to leave. The other camps were vacant and nothing has been done to have the property cleaned. Did call the owner and he was not aware that the property had not been cleaned due to he had asked someone to have the property cleaned. Will do the citation. RV.
03/27/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On site and homeless camps are vacated at this time. Will keep same follow up date on 4-10-19. RV.
