Both owners have died and the daughter is living in the house. Work has been done with a new water heater, new AC split system, new AC mini system, a room has been added to the rear of the house approx. 12' x 20' and the sewer line has been redone in the rear of the house. Will do N.O.V. to the new owner who is the daughter of the dead owners. RV. |
