03/11/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | INSPECTION DID FIND A COMPLETED HOME VERY DEEP FRONT YARD, DRIVEWAY, AND A FENCE AROUND THE PERIMETER YARD. A DBL GATE DID NOT ALLOW ENTRY INTO THE PROPERTY. I WALKED THE WEST WALL WHERE IT APPEARED THAT A 8 FT SECTION OF BLOCK WALL WITH AN APPROX 19 FT OPENING ALLIWED ENTRY INTO THE WEST EASEMENT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EASEMENT BUT THE EAST SIDE WAS BLOCKED AND PERHAPS FOR A REASON AS A PRIVATE RD RAN ALONG THE WEST SIDE AND WOULD BE SAFER AND EASIER TO WORK FROM IF REQUIRED. THERE WAS A STREET / EASEMENT THAT CAN BE ENTERED FROM SAN MARCOS STREET AND SEEMS TO BE THE BEST OPTION. RESEARCH FOUND THE OWNER HAD OBTAINED PERMITS, T16CMO7954, TO COMPLETED PORCHES, EXTEND CARPORT AND DRIVE, AND COMPLETE THE WALL. MANY ISSUES ON THE PERMIT CARD HAD BEEN FINALED BUT OWNER LACKS 3-4 ISSUES TO BE APPROVED WHICK INCLUDES THE FINAL INSPECTION . WILL ISSUE NOV TO REOPEN AND COMPLETE THE POERMIT. |
