Fire Inspectors state they have already been thru the home and owner was taken in to the hospital. Story was owner was on the floor for approx. 24 hrs and could not get up. Interior is dirty and messy however paths are clear to the door ways and can move around easily. Isues were with cleanliness in the kitchen, both bathrooms and masterbed room. Called and spoke to Supv Romero and gave him the run down, Nov for the violations and posting not to occupy structure until a re-inspection from code enforcement to make sure violations were abated before re-occupying is necessary. Nov & Order posted on front door to structure. Indemnification paperwork was refused to sign by sister,however sister and brother in law who bought the trailer for her kept the keys in order to feed the cats. Will follow up |
