Did find openings in the temp. panels that are on the property line through out the property. The chain link fabric has been cut in several areas on the outter fencing. Does have another temp. fence panels at the building and are not connected to each other. Did walk the building and did find a loose board on the rear of the building that covered a drive thru window. Have the opening has no glass and able to get into the building. T.P.D. did check the interior of the building and found 2-people in the cooler area sleeping. The building has all kind of signs of drug use inside the building through out the interior. Did try and call the owner and not able to find a phone number to call. Did have a realtor sign in front and called that number and talk to an agent from the company selling the property. The realtor has a phone number to call to have the property secured and will send by text. The realtor was advised on what is happening on the property and that it is a constant issues for T.P.D. Did advise that we are requesting that the property be secured and to be done better than it is at this time. The City of Tucson inspectors on site will be securing the doors with chains and a locks and will re-secure the plywood that are loose to have the building secured at this time. Did let the realtor know that the existing plywood was loose in other areas and all needs to be checked and have added screws added through out. The fencing on both areas need to be checked of any openings and all covered to prevent entry into the property. | |
