Arrived and the units have cleared the site due to on another call. Was able to walk around the property which are vacant. Work is being done with a new sewer line being installed in the ground. The clay pipe is exposed and installing ABS pipe from the house to the connection in the street. Other work is going to be done on the interior of the house and found no permits for the work to be done. Does have a new chain link fence also being installed through out the property and that also has no permit. The workers called the rep for the owner and she showed to the property. Did go over on what needs to be done and permits are going to be required before any more work is done. Did do a Stop Work Order on site and posted on the front window. Did let the fence continue to be completed due to want the property secured. RV. |
